ALANA FITZGERALD : THE SHAPE OF MAGIC

The Shape of Magic is Alana Fitzgerald's second solo show at Magic Pictures. Her paintings, drawings, and photoshop collages are suggestive of wild and stormy forces of nature, as if seeking render these elusive powers into something visible. More recently, she's been working on environments that the viewer can go inside and be surrounded by, and she's going to be constructing a new one inside the gallery for this show.
